Rusty Pickle Retreat

This past weekend was the Rusty Pickle Chef Retreat where all the designers come for a relaxing and fun weekend together. We went to the same cabin as last year in the mountains above Heber. It had snowed a foot the night before we went up - it was beautiful but cold!Below is everyone who came:

The first night we were there was Wednesday, November5 which is Guy Fawkes night in England. Beckie is originally from England, so one of the other designers brought her a couple of fireworks to celebrate (don't ask me how they got those on the plane).
Speaking of Beckie, we all learned some new words and phrases from her - probably the best one was "pump" - not necessarily what it means here in the states! She is an absolute hoot!

Here we area all croppin' downstairs - 17 women in one room with all their scrapbook stuff= crazy! Too bad I didn't get a shot of Nanette's work space - I think she brought the whole house! Oh well, at least we all knew where to go when we needed something!
Tasha brought along her 6 week old baby boy, Andy. He is such a good baby - very rarely did he cry and was always so content.
On Saturday afternoon we had a surprise baby shower for Tasha .

But the next morning isn't too much better either!


It was such a fun time - thanks Tasha and Lance for making it possible! They even arranged for a massage therapist to come up and give us all massages. It was incredible!

I was over the retreat this year, and am so grateful for all the designers for being so willing to help in whatever area I needed - you all made it so much fun! Also, thanks to Kathie for providing some of the photos on here - she has a ton more here.
