Easter

The kids were so excited to see what the Easter Bunny had brought them.  They looked all over for their baskets and finally found them.  Aiden’s was in a closet, Jack’s was in the dryer, Makele’s was in the doll house and Taylee’s was behind a chair.

Of course they wanted to go out right away and find the eggs the Easter Bunny had hidden, but it was so cold, we talked them out of it until it warmed up a little bit.

Aiden’s basket got so heavy that he ended up dragging it around, leaving a trail of eggs behind him.  But heck if he was going to let anyone help him!

Makele was so excited that she and Taylee had coordinating Easter Dresses to wear to church on Sunday.

That afternoon we went down to Jeff’s parent’s for a BBQ with his brother’s family and his sister’s family.  We had another egg hunt.  Grandma spoiled the grandkids with over 200 eggs.  They loved it!

It was a great way to spend Easter!

Such a fun idea to have the Easter hide the baskets... I may have to request him to do that next year;)
