Last week we went over to Shawna’s house on Sunday afternoon to see the cute new baby cows. They were all born the previous week ; one was born the night before. The kids loved seeing them and getting to feed them their bottles.
Even city boy Jeff got in on the action. Although he tried to act tough by telling one cow, “stop mooing or I’ll give you something to moo about!” He’s all talk…
Taylee loved the calves. She was all smiles and loved petting their soft little heads.
There’s no sleeping on the job, Jeff!
Of course, the kids couldn’t resist the swing set.
Taylee loved swinging with Shawna as much as she did last June:
We went inside to play the kids’ favorite game at Shawna’s house, the “monkey game.” Pretty soon, the “tiger” (as the kids call it) came upstairs to see what was going on.
Aiden’s face is priceless in this; he was terrified! He was holding two monkeys in his hands which he dropped after I took this picture.
The kids each got a turn driving the ranger.
Even Aiden got a turn; watch out!
The kids always love going to Aunt Shawna’s house!
