Makele's First Day

It's official - Makele is now a big Kindergartener! She was so excited to go back to school as you can see in the picture below (which almost didn't happen because I was having a hard time finding my camera card this morning!):

We went to the back-to-school night last week, and we about had to drag her out of there - she was having too much fun exploring her classroom and seeing all the new works. She has two new teachers this year, but a lot of the same kids that were in her class last year are in her class this year. She was sad that one of her best friends, Sarah, from last year isn't in her class, but I know she'll be just fine.

Tonight Makele and Jack start tumbling - that should be pretty interesting to see how Jack does. I'm sure I'll have lots to write about tomorrow!
